Do you charge for extension support?

No, we do not charge for extension support for English sites. However, as of March 2025, we will start charging for support for non-English sites. To clarify: If you have a website that is not in English and you are having issues with our extensions, we will be charging to help you get our extensions working with your website. There is a lot of time involved in the process, hence we have to charge for that service. (NOTE: If you do not want to be charged, please do not use our extensions on non-English sites as we have had issues in the past with customers using non-English sites. Our extensions are built for English sites.)
